What makes the H Series pet resistant?
It uses 230g mesh and reinforced edging for greater resistance to normal claws, pulling, and traffic than the lightweight E Series.
Is the mesh completely claw-proof or chew-proof?
No fabric screen is indestructible. The H Series is designed for improved pet resistance, but determined scratching, chewing, or climbing can still cause damage.
How is the H Series different from the U Series?
The H Series uses 230g mesh for a balance of strength and airflow. The U Series uses thicker 260g mesh for the highest-duty Amief Home option.
How do I select the right size?
Measure the outer mounting area at the top, middle, and bottom, including trim. Choose a size that fully covers the opening with room for the mounting tape.
Will the center close after a large dog passes through?
The magnets are designed for hands-free closure, but reliable alignment depends on level installation. Very fast or forceful passage may require the panels to settle back into place.
What installation hardware is included?
The package includes hook-and-loop mounting tape, reinforcement push pins, and a measuring and installation guide.
Can it be removed for seasonal storage?
Yes. Separate the curtain from the hook-and-loop tape, clean and dry it, fold loosely, and store away from sharp objects and excessive heat.
