Refund policy

At Amief Home, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please review our return and refund rules before placing your order.

1. Return Policy Summary

Standard-size products: Eligible for return and exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Defective or incorrectly manufactured products: If your product has a manufacturing defect, workmanship issue, or was produced in a size different from the dimensions confirmed on your order, please contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Perfect-Fit Guarantee: If Amief Home manufactures a custom product in a size that differs from the dimensions confirmed on your order, we will replace or remake the item at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover measurements submitted incorrectly by the customer.

2. Returns & Exchanges (Standard-Size Products)

We accept returns and exchanges for standard-size (non-custom) products under the following conditions:

Requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Returns are accepted by mail only. Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Service team at support@amief.com to obtain return authorization and mailing instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees

For Defective / Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent), Amief Home is responsible for the return shipping costs.
For Personal Reasons / Change of Mind (Standard Products): Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Any original shipping charge paid on the order is non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

Items damaged through improper use, incorrect installation, alteration, normal wear, or other customer-caused damage are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Custom-made items are also non-returnable except where defective, damaged in transit, incorrectly manufactured, or covered by the Perfect-Fit Guarantee described above.

5. Refunds & Exchanges Process

If you would like to exchange your standard-size item for a different size or variant:

Please contact us at support@amief.com within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item, subject to stock availability.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Order processing and production typically begin shortly after an order is placed.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 calendar hours of placing your order for a full refund to your original payment method.
Once the 24-hour period has passed, production may have started, and we may be unable to cancel or modify custom orders.
