Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately. Minor differences in color, appearance, or dimensions may occur due to display settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, or measurement methods. Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications and confirming measurements before ordering.

Custom-made products are manufactured according to the dimensions confirmed in the order. Customer measurement errors are generally not considered manufacturing defects, although eligible customers may qualify for assistance under our Perfect-Fit Guarantee.

Returns and Refunds
Standard-size products may be eligible for return within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy. Custom-made products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Manufacturing defects, production errors, and eligible Perfect-Fit Guarantee claims are handled according to the applicable policy terms.

Privacy
