Our mesh material is incredibly low-maintenance. For everyday cleaning, simply use a vacuum with a brush attachment to gently remove dust, or wipe it down with a damp cloth. For a deep clean, you can easily detach it from the Velcro, hand wash it, and reattach it once it's dry.

Because each custom screen door is hand-cut and sewn exactly to your unique dimensions, our production time is typically 3 to 5 business days. Once production is complete, we ship your order immediately.

We stand behind our craftsmanship 100%. If the dimensions are incorrect due to a manufacturing error on our end, we will gladly remake and ship you a replacement at absolutely no cost. Please note that because custom products are made to order, we cannot offer full refunds for sizing errors made by the customer during checkout, but we will gladly work with you to provide a discounted remake.
